Under the supervision of the Food Service Field Supervisors, this position directs and manages the complete kitchen operation, kitchen staff and student assistants. The Secondary Manager is responsible for overseeing the production of all school meals as required by participation in the federal child nutrition programs. The cook manager ensures all meals meet the “School Meal Pattern”, and that every child has access to a complete meal. The position closes on Oct. 31, 2019.
